At the Smiley Urgent Care Center, if you have a non-life threatening illness such as a sore throat or earache and you cannot get into your primary care Physician’s office, you can walk right in and be treated by a Physician or PA (at Saint Louis ConnectCare you will always find a Licensed Physician on duty).

Our primary goal is to provide fast, affordable, quality healthcare treatment in 90 minutes or less.
